I found the hotel to be ideally located right behind the main train station in Hamburg. While the rooms were a perfect size and clean for our family of 4, the noise from thin walls and street disturbances was quite noticeable. The service was exceptionally nice but had minor quirks like reserving tables during busy breakfast times or hiding cutlery. The dining experience, though continental and abundant, was slightly impacted by the dodgier location. Overall, the convenient location and friendly service made our stay pleasant despite some noise issues and quirks during meals.
